New Subaru WRX teased ahead of Los Angeles Auto Show debut
There’s still no guarantee that Subaru UK will import the new WRX and put it on sale in the UK, but the production version of the new WRX will be revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show this month to whet appetites. We expect there will be strong similarities between the production version of the new WRX and the WRX Concept we saw at the New York Show earlier this year, and this first teaser image does seem to show that. The statement bonnet scoop is firmly in place – with sharp crease lines flanking it – as is Subaru’s heaxagonal grill with a butch front bumper with big air intakes and mesh inserts.
Fiat 500 Abarth USA - Seduction
Fiat had high hopes for the Fiat 500 in the US, hoping to emulate the success MINI has enjoyed by tickling the trendy button in US car buyers’ brains. But that plan hasn’t been an unmitigated success. Talk to car lovers in California and they’ll say there’s a Fiat 500 outside every coffee shop; same in New York.

Audi has facelifted the A3 and while the tweaks can at best be described as mild, a new S3 Sportback has joined the line-up. The hot five-door runs the same 261bhp 2.0-litre TFSI engine found in the three-door S3, and of course the quattro four-wheel drive system is standard. The exterior cosmetic surgery brings the looks of the A3 Cabriolet to the rest of the range.
